I joined James Pittam Personal Training in 2005 after following my passion for fitness and becoming qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Advanced Fitness Instructor specialising in Les Mills Fitness Programmes. Prior to this I worked as a Technician in a large teaching hospital in the Cardiac unit. My passion has always been with Health and Wellness.
I have a wealth of experience in many forms of training and continually upskill to maintain my extremely high standards of delivery both to Clients and Students under my guidance alike.
My specialist areas are in Nutrition/Weight Management. HIT. Body Shaping/Toning. Alongside Kettlebell and Strength Training.
My package includes;
- Health Check/Body Composition check
- Nutritional Analysis with recommendations and meal planning
- Training Programmes which are easy to follow and achievable based on individual requirements
- 1-1 Training specific to your needs
- Groups of 2-4 people for Group Personal Training
Alongside my profession as a Personal Trainer I am also a qualified Trainer/Assessor for level 2 Gym/ Level 3 Personal Training. ETM. Circuit Training. Kettlebell Training.
This allows me to pass on my skills to future generations of Trainer/Instructors.
We here at James Pittam Health & Fitness take pride in what we do and strive to not only teach but excel to the highest standards so our students can experience the best training possible.
Our mentoring scheme gives additional support and motivation to our students. We give them the opportunity to gain first hand experience by working alongside a qualified Personal Trainer until they complete their Level 3. Even then we monitor and support going forwards should they be fortunate enough to join our Team of highly skilled Consultants in some of our Gyms throughout the region which are managed by James Pittam Health & Fitness.
In April 2018 I was promoted to Health & Fitness Manager for James Pittam Health & Fitness and now work full-time in that role.
