We are proud of our small but effective range of exercise classes, each developed using years of knowledge and experience to ensure they are safe, challenging, and fun. 

Here are some of the classes we offer:

Military Circuits
Developed by a former serving Royal Marines Commando, our very own James Pittam, our Military Circuits class has been a popular staple in Penrith for over twenty years. This challenging full-body workout is held weekly on Saturday mornings at Penrith Leisure Centre.

Senior Circuits
Specifically designed for the over-fifties, this class uses resistance bands and hand weights to deliver a gentler, low-impact workout. Running successfully for over twenty years, it’s held every Wednesday at Newbiggin Village Hall, near Penrith.

Pilates
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. This class is ideal for improving overall body conditioning.
