Committed to the success of her clients, Hollie uses varied training techniques specific to clients fitness targets, whilst ensuring sessions are enjoyable and clients feel comfortable in the gym. Hollie’s training methods include, resistance and weight training, body weight exercise, HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training, cardiovascular exercise, along with nutritional and diet guidance. She will help you improve on all aspects of physical fitness including general fitness, weight loss, muscle building, flexibility, strength, power and endurance, Hollie will tailor all programmes to suit you and your goals.
