I joined James Pittam Personal Training in 2005  after following my passion for fitness and becoming qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Advanced Fitness Instructor specialising in Les Mills Fitness Programmes.  Prior to this I worked as a Technician in a large teaching hospital in the Cardiac unit.  My passion has always been with Health and Wellness.

I have a wealth of experience in many forms of Training and continually upskill to maintain my extremely high standards of delivery both to Clients and Students under my guidance alike.

COVID/LONG COVID REHABILITATION CERTIFIED

We here at James Pittam Personal Training take pride in what we do and strive to not only teach but excel to the highest standards so our Students can experience the best Training possible.

We support work experience students  from all our local schools who are looking for a career in the Fitness Industry.

Our Mentoring scheme gives additional support and motivation to our Students.  We give them the opportunity to gain experience with a qualified Personal Trainer by working alongside them until they qualify and even then we monitor and support them should they be fortunate enough to join our Teams of highly skilled Trainers in Gyms throughout the North of England.
